As both struggle to find balance, they are healed by the comfort they find in one other. On the other side of chaos, they hope to find themselves On Solid Ground.

Melissa touch on emotions like now other. Amazing...

So to be honest. I am feeling the emotional growth in Melissa's M/M romances a little bit too much. The amazing insight from her research is phenomenal and I don't know if someone living in that environment could do a better renddention of a storyline. My emotions were all over the place and I think Dax and Violet won my heart at first intro. When reading of the strength and understanding of that four year old all I could think about was the poem "Who Would Cry for the Little Boy" but in girl form and how she will carry that vision forever. Her fight was not her own but Karen stated that best she will be protected forever. It amazed me how you mothering insticts shined and brought out how raising a kid can be fun but being honest in a simple way is a necessity. Often many shield a kid from the unknown but showcasing the world in color while writing Violet in was phenomenal.

Beck was strong when protective when what he needed was that in return. Having to grow up way before time puts a strain on a person but he did not allow life trials kill his spirit. The amazing job he did with his "sugar pop" and accepting the help of friends like Lexie and Ty was a milestone beyond recognition after the hand he was dealt. Like Beck had them Dax had Chloe, she accepted and support his every decision as well as pushed him to open up and let the unknown in. Never judging his PTSD or life choice. She was the sister he need but blood was not their bond. I can go on and on but I will not.

Just read and enjoy with the heart and open mind of the characters in which Melissa created.
About the author:
Melissa Collins has always been a book worm. Studying Literature in college ensured that her nose was always stuck in a book. She followed her passion for reading to the most logical career choice: English teacher. Her hope was to share her passion for reading and the escapism of books to her students. Having spent more than a decade in front of a classroom, she can easily say that it’s been a dream.
Her passion for writing didn’t start until more recently. When she was home on maternity leave in early 2012, she read her first romance novel and her head filled with the passion, angst and laughter of the characters who she read about it. It wasn’t long before characters of her own took shape in her mind. Their lives took over Melissa’s brain and The Love Series was born.
